Project management includes professional handling of a book project at any stage. Our normal process is to accept a transmittal of all final manuscript materials, to be shepherded through copy editing, text design, typesetting, proofreading, indexing, and preparation of final files, including author and publisher contact through these stages. We'll typically complete a project when final print and ebook files are transmitted back to the publisher.
